Celebrating Success: Forest Lake Good Samaritans' Cleanest City in America Event
Last Saturday, despite challenging weather conditions, Forest Lake Good Samaritans once again rallied the community for a remarkable cleanup effort. With 35 dedicated volunteers braving rain and wind, our city was transformed through their hard work and determination.
Together, we achieved an outstanding result: 65 bags of trash were collected, ensuring our streets and parks remain pristine and welcoming for all.
The event ended with some Jersey Mike's Subs, providing much-needed sustenance to our hardworking volunteers. Their contribution ensured that everyone had the energy to make a meaningful impact.
Reflecting on the day, it's clear that when our community comes together, incredible things happen. Every bag of trash collected was a testament to our collective responsibility and dedication to keeping Forest Lake clean and beautiful.
